At Kapitel, we've been using SOFT4Spaces in our daily operations since 2015, currently for 8 buildings with a leasable area of 200 thousand square meters. Over the years, SOFT4Spaces functionality has grown significantly, with valuable new features and enhancements. In the beginning, the platform was quite basic, which gave us the flexibility to tailor it to our specific needs. Recently, however, the standard version has evolved rapidly, incorporating many of the custom features we once had to build ourselves. While this progress is great, it also means that we now have to manage version upgrades carefully to ensure that our custom elements fit well with the new standard features.
